Bannockburn Church

Our Bannockburn location is a private indoor (and outdoor) space.

 

AMBIENCE

Your ceremony will take place inside this quaint schist church.  With the original pews, altar and stained glass windows this space is a cosy step back in time.

 

Outdoors, the schist walls of the church and the onsite orchard make beautiful backdrops for photos, with photogenic ruins and views over the Cromwell Basin available just a short drive away at historic Stuart Town.

 

INCLUSIONS

And so you can just relax and enjoy, we will organise & co-ordinate:

 

  • Celebrant

  • Photographer (3 hours)

  • Flowers (1 x bridal bouquet, 1 x buttonhole.  Church florals available on request, further costs apply)

  • Hair & Make Up

  • Location

This location can be upgraded to an Intimate Wedding package.  Included would be:

​

  • Indoor seating for up to 40 (alternatively outdoor seating for 25 + arch available on request, further costs apply)

  • Extra 1 - 2 hours with your photographer

LOCAL ACCOMMODATION

You’re welcome to organise your own accommodation nearby, but we recommend adding two nights accommodation in our favourite Bannockburn House, just a couple of minutes drive away.

​

The rooms at Bannockburn House are beautiful relaxing spaces to get ready in (regardless of whether you opt for a room in the main house, or the stand alone cottage.)

Each of the Best Kept packages are pending venue availability.  If the venue you desire is unavailable for the date you desire, we may be able to provide an alternative similar venue.  Please ask.

 

Packages are all priced for an elopement for two people.  You can include up to 8 guests.  There may be extra costs involved.

 

Packages are inclusive as per each individual package page.  Upgrades on these packages are available.

Upgrades include but are not limited to:

  • Increased time with your photographer

  • A videographer

  • More florals

  • A private chef created platter to be delivered to you at your accommodation once your package is complete

  • Accommodation bookings

 

To have us create a bespoke package please ask - you may choose this option because you have a different type of venue in mind, or because you require more or less inclusions.

 

We have collected a range of vendors across all fields.  

Each vendor we work with has been chosen for their skill in their field and their ability to fit with the ethos of the Best Kept Packages.  

Vendors will be allocated to you based on best fit and availability.

Choosing vendors outside of our collections are not an option. 

 

Upon booking, you will be introduced to each vendor involved in your package.  

 

Unless previously agreed photos taken on your wedding day may be used by all vendors on social media/ website/ marketing.  You are able to request limits around what is shared.
