Our Moa Creek location is a private outdoor space.

 

AMBIENCE

Your ceremony will take place on a working farm, overlooking a dam teeming with birdlife, with the backdrop of an iconic Central Otago mountain range.  

This spot is the ultimate wide open space. 

The landscape and the sky stretching away undisturbed.

 

INCLUSIONS

So you can just relax and enjoy, we organise and co-ordinate:

​

  • Celebrant

  • Photographer (3 hours)

  • Flowers (1 x bridal bouquet, 1 x buttonhole, ceremony florals available on request - additional costs apply)

  • Hair & Make Up

  • Location

​

This location can be upgraded to an Intimate Wedding Location

This would include, on top of the existing package:

​

  • Basic ceremony set up including seating for up to 25 guests

  • An extra 1 - 2 hours with your photographer

​

LOCAL ACCOMMODATION

You’re welcome to organise your own accommodation nearby, but we recommend adding two nights accommodation in our favourite Bakery Cottages in Ophir.

Not only are the cottages a beautiful relaxing space to get ready in, they come with a garden space as an alternative ceremony location in case of windy or wet weather.

 

From $5,200 incl GST.

Each of the Best Kept packages are pending venue availability.  If the venue you desire is unavailable for the date you desire, we may be able to provide an alternative similar venue.  Please ask.

 

Packages are all priced for an elopement for two people.  You can include up to 8 guests.  There may be extra costs involved.

 

Packages are inclusive as per each individual package page.  Upgrades on these packages are available.

Upgrades include but are not limited to:

  • Increased time with your photographer

  • A videographer

  • More florals

  • A private chef created platter to be delivered to you at your accommodation once your package is complete

  • Accommodation bookings

 

To have us create a bespoke package please ask - you may choose this option because you have a different type of venue in mind, or because you require more or less inclusions.

 

We have collected a range of vendors across all fields.  

Each vendor we work with has been chosen for their skill in their field and their ability to fit with the ethos of the Best Kept Packages.  

Vendors will be allocated to you based on best fit and availability.

Choosing vendors outside of our collections are not an option. 

 

Upon booking, you will be introduced to each vendor involved in your package.  

 

Unless previously agreed photos taken on your wedding day may be used by all vendors on social media/ website/ marketing.  You are able to request limits around what is shared.
